Q: What kind of companies should join?
A: Our members include all sizes of companies in all types of industries.
Q: Do I have to participate on the conference calls live?
A: No. Every call will be recorded and made available on the internet for downloading. Calls will be posted within 2 hours of completion. In addition, for a nominal fee, you can order CD copies and hard copy transcriptions of the calls to be sent to you via USPS on a monthly basis.
Q: How many hours of conference call training are included in the program per month?
A: That depends on your membership level--Basic, Gold, or Platinum. The most training is included in the Platinum Package...which has an average of 12 hours a month. Compare here.
Q: How long does my membership last?
A: All memberships are for one year, and are automatically renewed each year via credit card payment unless you cancel in writing.
Q: How do I access the web content and conference calls?
A: When your membership is activated you will receive a user login and password that you will use to access the MYM Insider web content. For calls, you will be given a conference bridge phone number and access code. Please note that the access code will change periodically; you will be notified of any changes via email.
Q: Is my membership good for just one person in my company, or can we share?
A: Companies with 3 or less employees involved in marketing (including owners, marketing directors, etc.) may share one membership. If you have more than 3 marketing people, each one will need to get his/her own membership. Group discounts are available starting at 5 employees. Ask us for details.
Q: How does The MYM Insider compare to other marketing training programs?
A: As far as we know, there isn't anything like the MYM Insider available. Nothing that's even sort of close. That means it's a lot better!
Q: The membership fee seems awfully high... what gives?
A: High compared to what? This program is for people who are serious about committing themselves to implementing the MYM principles into their business. The return on investment--if you apply what you learn--will be huge.
